Managing your finances effectively is all about consistency and foresight. Whether it's your monthly rent, a subscription service, or any other regular payment, ensuring these transactions are handled automatically can save you time and reduce stress. With Beyond Budget, you can easily set up recurring transactions to ensure your financial commitments are always met on time.
In addition to managing your regular expenses, it's crucial to keep track of your credit card usage. The credit card limit integration helps you stay within your spending limits by automatically projecting the impact of your transactions, including those that recur. This powerful feature ensures you have a clear view of your credit availability, helping you avoid overspending.
Access the Transaction:
Locate the transaction you want to set as recurring.
In the transaction details, find the Repeat option.
Enable Recurrence:
Toggle the switch to activate the recurring option.
Select Frequency:
Choose how often you want this transaction to repeat: daily, weekly, monthly, etc.
Set the Number of Payments:
Decide if the transaction should have a limited number of payments or run indefinitely by adjusting the Number of payments field.
Confirm and Save:
Once you’ve set the frequency and the number of payments, confirm the details and save the transaction.
Your recurring transaction is now set, and you can view upcoming payments in the transaction list.
How to Manage Your Credit Card Limit:
Set Your Credit Card Limit:
Go to your credit card account settings within the app.
Enter your card's limit in the Limit field.
Track Your Spending:
The app will automatically calculate how much of your credit limit is used by your transactions, including recurring payments.
View Upcoming Transactions:
You can view the impact of upcoming transactions on your remaining credit limit in the credit card account overview.
This integration helps you manage your credit effectively by projecting your future balance and ensuring you stay within your credit limit.
