# Quick cash flow

The **Quick Cash Flow** insight provides a fast, straightforward summary of your income and expenses over different time frames, helping you keep a close eye on your financial movements.

**Key Features:**

* **Today, Last 7 Days, 14 Days, 30 Days, This month, Last Month, etc.**: The quick cash flow view breaks down your financial activity into three distinct periods— the past week, the past two weeks, and the past month. This allows you to easily spot trends or shifts in your spending and income over varying lengths of time.
* **Total Income & Expenses**: For each period, you get a detailed count of how many transactions contributed to your total income and total expenses. This breakdown helps you understand your overall financial inflows and outflows, allowing for better budgeting and planning.
* **Balance**: The balance shows whether your income is covering your expenses for each of the periods. A positive balance indicates that you’re in the green, while a negative balance alerts you to periods of overspending. This feature gives you a quick snapshot of your short-term financial health.

By using the **Quick Cash Flow** insight, you can easily assess how well you're managing your money over short, actionable periods, helping you make more informed decisions to maintain or improve your financial balance.
